How do I setup more than 1 Guide-a-rama Microsite?

There are times when you will want to use a microsite for a specific purpose or you want to organize your Resources across multiple microsites. At this time you can accomplish this by creating multiple accounts on Guide-a-rama.

How do I upgrade to a paid subscription?

Log into your Guide-a-rama account and click on the Account link at the top of the page. Scroll down to the section that it titled "Billing Information" and then click on the UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION button. You will be prompted to enter your credit card details.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay for your annual or monthly subscription using credit cards. We currently accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are on a 30-day trial there is no need to cancel your subscription. At the end of the 30 day term your account will automatically terminate. For paying customers on the annual or the monthly plan, please send an e-mail to cancel@guidearama.com from the same e-mail listed on your account. We will process your cancellation according to our terms and you will not be billed again.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy as a customer and we don't want to have a cut and dry refund policy that will make you angry. If you are unhappy with your Guide-a-rama subscription, please contact us and let us know.
